Our Service Guarantee
We will make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Hair by Nami. If you are not satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours (2 days) after your service has been completed.
Refunds
All deposits and services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we offer corrective appointments free of charge up to one week (7 days) post initial service date with notice given within 48 hours (2 days) after your initial appointment. The correction must be within reason and not a different service. Corrections will not be honored after one week (7 days) post appointment. Any chargebacks filed will result in a ban of the client by Hair by Nami.
Deposits
Deposits are valid for the purchase of services or retail and are non-transferable. Deposits must be redeemed within sixty (60) days of purchase. Any monies paid will remain as an account credit unless the client violates our policy at which the deposit will be forfeited.
Right to Refuse Service
Hair by Nami reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of products sold, Hair by Nami does not accept returns on retail products.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us. With respect to the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling no less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to the appointment start time.
Any rescheduled appointments must be made within 1 month of the initial appointment date. If the same appointment is rescheduled more than once, the service must be paid in full to book. Any deposits paid for appointments rescheduled within 48 hours (2 days) of the appointment start time will be forfeited. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to the start of your service will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your appointment.
No-Show
To respect the time of our stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no-show fee of 100% of the total amount due for service(s) booked. After two no-show appointments you will be required to pay for services in full to book.
Late
Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients. We allow for a 15-minute grace period (5 minutes for consultations). If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule your appointment and impose a fee of 50% of the cost of services that you were scheduled for.
Guest Policy and Children
Due to limited space, we ask that clients please refrain from bringing additional guests to their appointment apart from those that may need escorts. Due to items that can pose a risk to children in a salon environment, we ask that you please leave little ones at home to ensure their safety and promote a worry-free environment for you.
We do not perform services on children under the age of 14. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while the consultation is performed. If a child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed and the parent must be present for the entire duration of the service.
Methods of Payment
Hair by Nami accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Cash. Stylist tips must be through Venmo or Cash.
Online Scheduling
Your request will be scheduled based on stylist availability. Unless you select a preferred stylist, the next available stylist at the time requested will be selected. Stylist changes cannot be made at your scheduled appointment time. A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred.

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment.
